Our 6 week challenge will teach you:

The best type of exercises to help you get in shape.
How to move safely, effectively, and efficiently, not only for the 6 weeks, but for life.
Basic nutrition and lifestyle habits coached by our Eat to Perform Certified Advisor to help meet your goals.
That working out can be fun and consistency is a key ingredient in reaching your goals.

Info about our 6 Week Challenge
3 classes per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays.
The class times are:
Tuesday: 6:00 am, 9:30 am, 5:30 pm, or 6:30 pm
Thursday: 6:00 am, 9:30 am, 5:30 pm, or 6:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am

Bring yourself, a can do attitude, comfy workout clothes, a water bottle, towel and an open mind to learning new movements.
